1. Create a Clear and Complete Title - Your title should quickly inform buyers about the key features of your piece. Example: NL | Lab-Diamond Ring | Round 1.2ct D VS1 Excellent | EU 54.
2. Provide Detailed Product Information - Include all key specifications: carat, cut, clarity, color, ring size, metal type, and any certifications.
3. Tell Its Story - A personal touch goes a long way. Share the story behind the piece—how it came into your life, what makes it meaningful, and why you're passing it on.
4. Set Your Price & Delivery Fee - Price your piece thoughtfully and it should not exceed the original purchase price. Choose a delivery fee that aligns with your preferred shipping method.
5. Upload Clear, High-Quality Photos - Photograph your sparkles in bright, natural light from multiple angles (front, side, and back). Highlight its brilliance and craftsmanship.
6. Add Certificate - Upload a clear photo of the official certificate such as GIA or IGI, ensuring all information is legible and verifiable.
7. Include the Purchase Receipt - Attach a photo of the original receipt that clearly shows the original store name and purchase price, but blurring any personal details for privacy. Please note that items without the official certificate and original purchase receipt will not be accepted for listing.
8. Show Sparkle in Motion - Add a short YouTube video that shows the ring’s sparkle in motion. Movement reveals beauty that photos alone can’t capture.
9. Submit for Review - Once your listing is complete, our team will review it to ensure it meets SparkAgain’s marketplace standards before it goes live.

Chat with Buyer

Respond to inquiries through our secure messaging system. Be prompt, clear, and open when answering questions or discussing price and shipping terms. Once you’ve reached an agreement, update your listing accordingly and invite the buyer to complete the purchase.

Ship with Care

Package your piece securely and ship via a trusted courier with tracking and insurance within five business days. Share shipping details with the buyer to ensure a smooth, worry-free delivery.

Get Paid Securely

Once the buyer confirms receipt, your payment will be processed through our secure system. Simple, safe, and seamless.
